Our judicious cancellation policy protects both the parties. After you confirm your trip we will assume that you have read and understood thoroughly and abide by it:
Tour cancellation & refund policy:
- 35% shall be charged if cancelled outside 60 days prior to the date of travel to Bhutan.
- 50% shall be charged, if cancelled outside 30 days prior to the date of travel to Bhutan.
- No refunds on the prepayments of the entire program will be made if cancellations are made inside 30 days of the date of arrival.
Duration lost or trip shortened due to unforeseen reasons after arrival in Bhutan, no refund will be made – because we will already have had paid for the hotels and also by this time hotels would be already booked and company is subject to cancellation charges for rooms cancelled

Business class:
i) 90% refund permitted for the ticket cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel.
ii) 75% refund permitted for the ticket cancelled from 10-29 days from the date of travel.
iii) 50% refund permitted for the tickets cancelled from 02-09 days from the date of travel.
iv) 01 day or less only tax refundable.
v) Rescheduled ticket with charge only tax refundable.
Economy class:
i) 90% refund permitted for the ticket cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel.
ii) 75% refund permitted for the ticket cancelled from 10-29 days from the date of travel.
iii) 50% refund permitted for the tickets cancelled from 03-09 days from the date of travel.
iv) 03 days or less only tax refundable
v) Rescheduled ticket with charge only tax refundable.
Note: No refund is permitted for itinerary availed with promotional fares.
